Hannah is a clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner. Life Coach, CBT Practitioner, Reiki L1/L2, and Yoga Teacher.
Burnout was the opening for Hannah it ignited a spark in her to dive deeper into the field of well-being and workplace wellness. Hannah was led to study the Science of Well-Being by Yale University and The Foundations of Happiness at Work by The University of California, Berkeley back in 2017.
Since then Hannah has been relentless in the field of self-development and it is her passion to help transform workplaces from the inside out, focusing on the well-being of each individual by bringing the human element back into corporates.
Hannah is a certified yoga teacher, from Sivananda Yoga, India. In her former years, she studied Business Studies at The National College of Ireland.
Jana is a Hypnotherapist, Holistic Life Coach and Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Teacher.
Along her journey of self-development and transformation, she became mesmerized by the power of the mind, which lead her to seek a diploma from the Accredited School of Hypnotherapy HMI (Hypnosis Motivation Institute).
She is also a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, with an expansive depth of understanding in yogic studies, meditation and spirituality. Jana's passion to support people within the 9-5 lead her to also complete her yogic studies in stress & anxiety management.
Her passion to learn more about the body and holistic wellness, lead her to also become an IIN (Integrative Institute of Nutrition) certified holistic health & wellness coach.
